Concept Ad for Village Barbershop - May 2026

How can local barbershops compete with Hair Cut Chains on a marketing level, lacking the capital that Big Hair Cut can spend on ads.

Give Big Haircut a cheaply made ad (see video) - like those awful black & white cleaning ads. These chains result in poor conversation and a boring haircut trip.
Then immediately flip to a modern video game style aesthetic (3rd image) , with a choose your character loading screen.

Steve, Sue, and Todd are Granvilles finest and do great work. Sports talk, unfiltered politics venting, or bantering about cock fighting, the beauty of a barbershop is that you feel lost in time.
